Split in half, drop gloves start/finish: 1) Jog 25/50; 2) bottom kickers; 3) high knees; 4) walking lunge; 5) back pedal; 6) sprint 75/100

Partner up: 1) Roll grounders (field w/ triangle); 2) Underhand toss; 3) Knee throws (throwing side knee down, rotate body when throw); 4) Stand-up throws (competition - step back)

3 teams. Start at home, go to 3B, and so on (use cones 1st couple of times). Practice 1st, then time each team to see who can get around fastest (have to make a tag on ghost runner when catch it).

3B to 2B and back (equal lines behind each base, throw, then run to the other base [out of the way] to end of line. 3 bad throws or drops before you're out. try to get 20 throws. (1st time - see who can stay in game longest)
