Weer even van begin opbouwen met alle coaches meehelpen en corrigeren. Aan het einde iedereen op de witte lijn en zo ver mogelijk gooien. Elleboog altijd hoog, pols flexibel. 4 seam. Schild met handschoen. Af en toe freeze om te kijken. Gooihand na gooi 3x tikken tegen linkerdijbeen.
