8:30-8:40 10 Minutes
Players throw to the catchers. Throwers throw to the glove, high, wide or low and one hopper. Proper Blocking technique, on bounced balls. Use Primary setup, and then Secondary setup with popup.
Notes:
2 Teams. Over the Shoulder Catches. Set up and throw to Net in corner.
