No Partner Throwing #1
stopwatch 4:00-4:15 timer 15 Minutes
3:40 - 4pm. Need one Coach Volunteer
Two Spot Receiving
stopwatch 4:15-4:30 timer 15 Minutes
3:40 - 4pm. Need one coach volunteer. USE SOFT/TENNIS BALLS
Fundamentals: Ground Balls
stopwatch 4:30-4:45 timer 15 Minutes
3:40 - 4pm. Need one coach volunteer. FOCUS ON footwork after taking groundball.
Airplane Take Offs
stopwatch 4:45-5:00 timer 15 Minutes
4pm. one coach at each base, make sure kids are staying low when they take off for next base. Ensure arms are pumping in direction they are running, not side to side.
