stopwatch 7:00-7:30 timer 30 Minutes
Teach four fundamental steps of the Ground Ball. Finish with reps.
How to Coach: Catching #1
stopwatch 7:30-8:00 timer 30 Minutes
Dropstep, crossover, go. Finish with safe reps and gauge talent.
