Hands inside the baseball, drive the ball up the middle. Get a pool noodle as a prop.
BP Reps: Front Toss
6:30-6:50 20 Minutes
Soft underhanded toss from 15-20 feet. Give each hitter 5-7 hits quickly and then rotate. Build confidence of the hitter. Coach needs to find the barrrel of the bat in this drill.
