notes Notes:
Unless JJ or one of the early Coaches wants to do wiffle circle or a different activity. Preferably hitting, as most kids love it the most, and love taking their bats out to just mash. Whatever it is, let it be fun with zero instruction. Just let them play. But keep it structured and moving.

notes Notes:
Luis will TWEAK this and set the pace while other coaches feed them tips to throw (i.e. "no bobbleheads", step towards your target, release as far out in front as you can! and whatever quick feedback works!). Depending on how quick you get through the first round, you may be get to do another. They probably are going to mess up a lot so there may be 3-4 rounds. Tell kids: remember how far you got for the next time!

notes Notes:
Luis will lead the way with this: (WATCH THE VIDEO!) 3 lines... 3 coaches... one toss each kid, get them to properly CATCH AND POP! Luis, JJ and one coach who feels most comfortable- start the first 1-2 rounds, other coaches step in get after it! If there's time... go to next drill... "Buffet drill" or whatever Luis/Pat want to call it. No worries if there's no time for the next drill.

notes Notes:
WATCH THE SHORT VIDEO!: 1-2 rounds if you guys are flowing. Patiently Challenge them to apply CATCH AND POP! It's ok if they don't do it every time, but praise them (your way) when they do! Adjust to the skill level of the kid, but keep them challenged and flowing to the tempo of: easy, medium, hard!
  WATER BREAK (5min)
Stations (Groups rotate halfway through block)
Ground Ball Put Outs
stopwatch 6:20-6:30 timer 10 Minutes
TWEAKED STATION#1: Luis will run half the team, take them through fundamentals of roundball put outs... he will probably tweak what's in the video. Half the coaches stay with Luis, keep them in line, safe, paying attention, reinforce Luis reminding them to do their best with what Luis is saying. Especially if they are practicing or open to practice while they're in line. Keep them loose! Most kids at this age rush! They do everything at once instead of one thing at a time: read the ball, get to the ball, field the ball, throw the ball. Luis will set tempo of the drill: easy (walk through), medium (execute), fun (competition). After about 10min, coaches and players will switch groups and join JJ.
Scrimmage
stopwatch 6:30-6:40 timer 10 Minutes
TWEAKED FINAL STATION (FOR EVERYONE): Luis/Pat break them up into 2-3 teams for a "simulated game"!
Fundamentals: Fly Balls
stopwatch 6:40-6:50 timer 10 Minutes
TWEAKED STATION#2: JJ will run half the team, take them through fundamentals of fly balls... he will probably tweak what's in the video. Half the coaches stay with JJ, keep them in line, safe, paying attention, reinforce JJ reminding them to do their best with what JJ is saying. Especially if they are practicing or open to practice while they're in line. Keep them loose! Most kids at this age rush! They do everything at once instead of one thing at a time: read the ball, get to the ball, catch the ball, throw the ball. JJ will set tempo of the drill: easy (walk through with wiffles), medium (execute with hard balls), fun (competition). After about 10 min, players and coaches will switch groups and join Luis.
