Indoor Practice 12/6/18

Group #3 Coach Eddie and Tyler; First Base Receiving drills. Coaches throw to first baseman. First base focuses on proper receiving at the bag. Proper foot work includes lead foot lifts and moves towards the direction of the throw. Front foot plants when the ball is caught. Glove hand receives the ball in an extended position.
Ground Ball Put Outs
6:45-7:10 25 Minutes
Baseball diamond is set up. 5 players take the field (P, 3rd, SS, 2nd, 1st), remaining players are baserunners. Infield focuses on appropriate base put outs, situational outs (0,1,2)

Final Drill. Two Lines with one Catch net. First team to 5 wins; must execute proper Right Left Ready, Fielding Triangle, POP Shuffle Shuffle, Throw into catch net. 2 coaches will score
