Group #1 Coach = Eddie; 3 cones to encourage stance/stride. Focus on timing of "stride, load, swing" reinforcing balance stance/finish and load position. Encourge "End of the bat towards catcher, then end of the bat to the ball during swing. Emphasize hip rotation and back shoulder through the ball
Cone & Tee Drill

How To Coach: Pitching #4
stopwatch 6:30-6:45 timer 15 Minutes
Station #2 Coach = Brian. First 5 min Recap position "0" stance and "1" balance and position "2" power and "3" Finish (point,click,shield,sword). Last 20min focus on blending all 4 positions into smooth pitching motion. Position 0 and 1 = LOAD and position 2 and 3= EXPLODE. Pitchers throw to catchers. Encourage pitcher to throw freely without fear. throw hard
How to Coach: Catching #3
stopwatch 6:45-7:00 timer 15 Minutes
First 5 min Recap lateral movement to receive the ball. Short hops with emphasis of dropping to knees, body in front fielding the ball. Last 20min receive live from pitcher

Ground Ball Competition
stopwatch 7:00-7:20 timer 20 Minutes
Final Drill. Two Lines with one Catch net. First team to 5 wins; must execute proper Right Left Ready, Fielding Triangle, POP Shuffle Shuffle, Throw into catch net. 2 coaches will score
