6:00-6:10 10 Minutes
Group #1 Coach = Eddie; 3 cones to encourage stance/stride. Focus on timing of "stride, load, swing" reinforcing balance stance/finish and load position. Encourge "End of the bat towards catcher, then end of the bat to the ball during swing. Emphasize hip rotation and back shoulder through the ball

Group #2 Coach=Brian; 1st Baseball fundamental for receiving the ball. First baseman stands in an athletic stance parallel with the foul line (RH players = right foot on front edge of bag. Player leg/foot extends out to the direction of the throw and lands on the ground at the same time as the ball hits the mitt. Ball is caught out in front of body

7:45-8:00 15 Minutes
Final Drill. Two Lines with one Catch net. First team to 5 wins; must execute proper Right Left Ready, Fielding Triangle, POP Shuffle Shuffle, Throw into catch net. 2 coaches will score
