Station #1 Begin with Fielding triangle, pop, shuffle throw to catch net. Competition at end; First player with 5 consecutive throws in the catch net (rest do 5 push ups)
Waiter Tray Receiving
4:40-4:45 5 Minutes
Station #2 complete prior to "Dropstep, crossover, GO" drill.
Dropstep, Crossover, Go
4:45-4:50 5 Minutes
Station #2 break down movements first (drop step, crossover, go catch the ball). Then work on blending movements together
Two Spot Receiving

Station #3 Complete together with " 4 corner receiving". Do this drill first

5:00-5:10 10 Minutes
First 10 min prior to stations. Facilitate with whole group. Tee work with 3 cones for stance/stride. begin each swing bat at center of chest then load hands in "load position" or strongest punching position. No instruction on actual swing, but focus on balanced Start/ finish
BP Reps: Front Toss
5:10-5:23 13 Minutes
Station #1 3 cones to encourage stance/stride. Focus on timing of "stride, load, swing" reinforcing balance stance/finish and load position
BP Reps: Soft Toss
5:23-5:36 13 Minutes
Station #2 3 cones to encourage stance/stride. Focus on timing of "stride, load, swing" reinforcing balance stance/finish and load position
Fundamentals: Bunting

Station #3 Set up players in a line with 1 coach throwing pitches. Focus on back foot pivot/ knees facing picture, turtle pinch and bat angle position
