Station #1 Begin with Fielding triangle, pop, shuffle throw to catch net. Competition at end; First player with 5 consecutive throws in the catch net (rest do 5 push ups)

Station #2 complete prior to "Dropstep, crossover, GO" drill.

Station #2 break down movements first (drop step, crossover, go catch the ball). Then work on blending movements together

First 10 min prior to stations. Facilitate with whole group. Tee work with 3 cones for stance/stride. begin each swing bat at center of chest then load hands in "load position" or strongest punching position. No instruction on actual swing, but focus on balanced Start/ finish
