6:00-6:15 15 Minutes
Coaches = Brian and Wes; 2 pitchers and 2 coaches. follow video progression.
Cone & Tee Drill
6:15-6:20 5 Minutes
Coach = Eddie Station #2 3 cones to encourage stance/stride. Focus on timing of "stride, load, swing" reinforcing balance stance/finish and load position. Encourge "End of the bat towards catcher, then end of the bat to the ball during swing. Emphasize hip rotation and back shoulder through the ball
BP Reps: Soft Toss
6:20-6:25 5 Minutes
Coach = Tyler Station #2 3 cones to encourage stance/stride. Focus on timing of "stride, load, swing" reinforcing balance stance/finish and load position. Four Corner Receiving
6:37-6:44 7 Minutes
Coach = Ryan Station #3: Four Corner recieving from a comfort stance. Encorporate a “pop” to a throwing position

Ground Ball Put Outs
6:44-7:14 30 Minutes
Baseball diamond is set up. 5 players take the field (P, 3rd, SS, 2nd, 1st), remaining players are baserunners. Infield focuses on 1st base put outs, runners focus on running through the inside of the bag. Base coach is providing verbal commands " Run through the bag". Players rotate positions in clockwise direction. Balls hit past infielder, player does "base hit turns" with 1st base coach verbal commands "look two, back, back, back". If time is available introduce one or two baserunners with situational outs (0,1,2)
