Throwing First attempt 60 Minutes stopwatch 4:05-4:15 timer 10 Minutes

Throwing balls to each other, tennis balls, with gloves on. Split team in two, kids throwing to each other.
Stations (Groups rotate halfway through block)
Baseball Basics
stopwatch 4:15-4:30 timer 15 Minutes
Baseball basics, introduction to the field, positions, coach mom helping in the dugout, sitting out 1 inning each game, on-deck, etc.
Lying Down Wiffle Catch
stopwatch 4:30-4:45 timer 15 Minutes
Hand-eye coordination with little wiffle balls. Light toss to the player from 5 feet away, get them to watch the ball into the glove and then SQUEEZE the glove. Removing fear from the ball. Upgrade to a tennis ball 2nd, then the soft baseballs 3rd.
Hitting Grip and Stance
stopwatch 4:45-5:00 timer 15 Minutes
Hitting, grip and feet correct off the tee. Use tennis balls so other players can field balls.
BP Reps: Wiffle Ball
stopwatch 5:00-5:15 timer 15 Minutes
Hitting with soft thrown wiffle balls, other kids catch the balls
Finish Bucket Free Throws stopwatch 5:15-5:20 timer 5 Minutes
