Notes:
On a knee throw (Wrist only, Elbow on shelf, throw across body) x 5 each, from side throw x 5, step and throw x 5, long toss
Notes:
quick feet working way around a box cone, than to field a ball then to place in a bucket. After 5 mins, than throw to 1st or 2nd
WATER BREAK (5min)
Notes:
Key terms: "ready (feet lil' wider then shoulder, bottom barrel toward catcher's toes, SET: also called load position 80% of weight goes to back foot, (do some "figure skaters" beforehand, shoulders DO NOT TURN, hands/bat do go back , stop is when your front foot and core are loaded, your back hands DO NOT MOVE from your set position, go is your swing with a high finish, back foot almost off the ground head stays at the contact of the ball.

We will only go from the stretch. Ready, foot on the rubber, front leg loads up in a control position, as you stride preform a "W" and lead foot plants 45 degrees from home plate. As you follow through twist from over the top, finish and follow through and become a fielder
