11:20-11:30 10 Minutes
Triangle Grounder Drill. Roll ball to glove side, then to backhand, then slow roller for barehand.
Catcher Receiving
11:30-11:40 10 Minutes
Catchers work on crouching and receiving w/o glove and with. Craig, Evan, Carter, Porter, Alex W. Then work on throws to 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Fielders field their base correctly!
WATER BREAK (5min)
Notes:
Bounce ball in front, player has to field, and then right after toss. Work fast, one player right after the other. Players cheering for each other.
Notes:
2 players start together, toss 2 balls far apart for each to catch. Then throw 1 ball in the middle, for one to call it, and catch.
